The whole reason the Wonkey Donkey Visitor Centre exists is to rescue and nurture donkeys (and a few horses and goats!). Because of this, making sure our four legged friends are as happy and relaxed as possible is our number one priority.
To ensure the safety and well-being of both you, our lovely visitors, and our animals, we have some simple rules in place. These rules are designed not only to protect our Wonkey Donkey residents but also to make your overall experience as relaxed and nice as possible.
- Why We Have These Rules: Our primary focus is on the health and safety of the animals in our care. By limiting activities like pick-nicks and by making sure there are no dogs on the premises, we can minimise stress for the animals and maintain their natural behaviours.
